deliver support at every stage of the design marathon including FEA,
RLDA, Vibe and Durability.
The data collection, analysis and destructive testing facilities at Senior
Flexonics include an array of different tests to ensure quality and
durability. Depending on the application, these tests may include: fatigue life, environmental testing, heat transfer testing, burst testing,
flexible coupling test, static spring rate, dynamic spring rate, mud test, temperature, salt spray corrosion testing, vibration durability testing, pressure fatigue, weld pull test, bend fatigue, torque testing,
and micro hardness testing.
